Every bowl of our homemade soup holds special meaning for us. It represents not only the inheritance of family traditions but also the liquid of kinship and silent happiness. Sweet chayote is rich in fiber, helping to replenish minerals and vitamins; pork tendon adds flavor to the broth and is low in fat but rich in protein, making it a healthy soup ingredient. This single soup provides a variety of nutrients; when cooked with asparagus, it further enhances its effects of nourishing yin, moisturizing dryness, clearing the lungs, and reducing internal heat.
