Suggestions on the use and maintenance of kitchenware products
Non-stick Cookware
1. After unpacking, remove all stickers and labels, clean the pot with disinfectant in hot water and rinse, and dry thoroughly before first use.
2. Hand washing non-stick cookware can protect the non-stick surface, make it smooth and extend the use period.
3. Use wooden, plastic or silicone cooking accessories to protect the non-stick coating.
Stainless Steel pots
1. Open the package and clean the pot before first use. After it is completely dry, add an appropriate amount of oil and then heat the pot, starting from low to medium heat.
2. After cooking, allow stainless steel pots to cool before exposing them to cold water. This protects the pan from warping or cracking.
3. If you find any white spots on the pot, it is recommended to use stainless steel cleaner to clean the stainless steel pot or boil the pot with three parts water and one part vinegar until it boils, then clean it as usual after cooling.
Silicone/plastic/nylon and other kitchen accessories 1. After removing all labels and stickers, wash all tools with soapy warm water and dry with a towel before first use.
2. Do not leave tools in a burning hot pan for a long time.
3. Avoid using steel wires or rough cleaning tools, which may cause scratches on the accessories.
Wooden or other kitchen accessories
1. After opening the packaging of the accessories, please clean them before using them for the first time.
2. Wash immediately with warm water and mild soap after use, and then dry.
3. Apply walnut oil to wooden accessories a few times a year to help them stay in shape longer.
Glass Cover
1. To prevent the glass cover from shattering, do not put it into a heated oven as it will be subject to thermal shock.
2. Please place the glass covers flat on the countertop rather than upside down to avoid them falling and possibly breaking.
3. After a certain period of use, please check whether there are cracks or loose accessories, because glass is easily worn. If any cracks or broken parts are found, we recommend replacing the glass cover immediately.
Stainless Steel Kitchen Accessories
1. Remove accessories from packaging, remove all labels and stickers, and clean all accessories before first use.
2. Mild detergent should be used for stainless steel accessories. It is recommended to use alkaline, chlorinated alkaline or non-chloride cleaners on stainless steel to keep it clean.
3. Be careful when using stainless steel tools on non-stick pans as they may cause damage to the surface of the non-stick pans. We recommend using stainless steel accessories only on stainless steel pots and pans.
Composite Cookware 1. After removing all labels and stickers, check the temperature that your composite cookware can withstand before cooking.
2. Do not expose the pot directly to cold water after cooking, as it will easily warp and crack.
3. Avoid using sharp kitchen accessories, corrosive cleaners and metal scouring pads on composite cookware.
Stainless Steel Kettle
1. Hand wash the interior of the accessory to maintain its durability.
2. Clean thoroughly using mild detergent and brush. Or you can mix water and baking soda to create a thick mixture as a cleaner.
3. Soak the accessories in dilute vinegar overnight to remove odors.
Stainless Steel Steamer
1. Never steam frozen meat, poultry or seafood directly after taking it out of the refrigerator. Be sure to thaw it completely beforehand. Place the food that requires the longest cooking time or the largest portion into the bottom of the steamer.
2. Be careful when removing the drip tray. Although other parts of the pot may not be affected by the high temperature, the water and drippings in the basin may still be hot.
3. Do not expose stainless steel pots to cold water directly after cooking, as this may cause them to warp and crack easily.
