The cookware is guaranteed by Meyer to be free from defects in manufacturing and materials for 1 year.
The cookware is guaranteed by Circulon, Essteele and Anolon to be free from defects in manufacturing and materials for 10 years. Warranty policy applicable to specific product series are specified in the page below.
In the case of a manufacturing defect, the guarantee will provide the purchaser with an after-sales service. In the case of a product out of production, a product of equal value will be supplied.
Except for the brands mentioned above or the applicable products/product series warranty policies seen on this page, all products are subject to a 14-day refund policy.
When returning your cookware, please include the original receipt or proof of purchase date or your email order confirmation together with the cookware.
