Cake Recipe:
1) Add sugar to the eggs and beat with an electric mixer until creamy.
2) Add the low-gluten flour and mix well, then add water and mix well.
3) Pour the batter into the Mickey Mouse head mold and place it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove and invert to cool. Remove the cake from the oven.
4) Whip the sweet cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form and set aside.
5) Wash and drain the strawberries, then cut them into small pieces.
6) Spread fresh cream around the outside of the cake.
7) Use the remaining fresh cream to decorate the cake, and then place strawberries on top as a garnish.
